| Rule 15: |
All clubs wishing to enter the league must send a representative to the AGM. Any proposals a team may wish to discuss at the AGM other than the fixed agenda must be handed to a committee member in writing by the Friday preceding the AGM at the latest.

| Rule 16: |
A management committee shall be elected prior to each season at the AGM. |
| Rule 17: |
A date and venue will be announced to pick up all paperwork and Knock Out entrance forms, together with return-by date. |
